The default location of your ARK local/single player data is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\SavedArksLocal
If you have ARK installed on another hard drive it will looks something like this example: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\SavedArksLocal
Uploading your local save data:
Locate your ARK's save files.
Find your true steam profile name. If you have changed your steam name, it may not be the correct name to use.
In steam look for the top tab that has your steam name.
Hover your mouse and click "PROFILE"
Right click anywhere in the black areas on either side and click "Copy Page URL"
"YourSteamIDHere" is an example steam ID. Make sure to obtain your steam id. The link will look something like this example: http://steamcommunity.com/id/YourSteamIDHere You will need your SteamID for the next step.
Rename your LocalPlayer.arkprofile to your Steam64 ID number. Example: 456378767445.arkprofile You can use a website like https://steamid.io/ to get that ID.
Upload the contents via FTP or the file manager to your dedicated server in the following path: /ShooterGame/Saved/SavedArks/
Uploading your game settings/.ini files:
The default location of your .ini files are: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsServer\

Locate your GameUserSettings.ini and Game.ini files. These files hold ALL of your server settings such as multipliers and other important settings.
Upload the contents via FTP or the file manager to your dedicated server in the following path: /ShooterGame/Saved/Config/WindowsServer/
